LancerNation Presents The Lancer Pilots Award Program

For our 10th year, we would like to announce a program we have been running quietly since our inception. The Lancer Pilots Award Program is a program created back in 2015 to recognize members of the LancerNation community who have gone above and beyond just the standard member. These people have ran community events, local groups, helped maintain active communities, helped with the organization and collection at charity gatherings, and have been accepting of every build and person for a prolonged period of time. Every year LancerNation accepts recommendations and identifies these certain individuals for attention.

Upon receiving the award, Lancer Pilots are given a specific decal to place on their Lancer or Evolution to be placed on a specific location, with the next number in succession. They are also presented with a certificate identifying the reason they have been selected and the year it was presented to them. This is to ensure those who see the car know that this person has been a leading member of our community for a long time and is an inductee to our prestigious selection of Lancer owners. 

The current Lancer Pilots list is as follows: 

01: Tim Murray (Connecticut, USA) - Awarded in 2015 for bringing the community together as LancerNation.
02: CJ Lopez (New York, USA) - Awarded in 2016 for starting, growing, and leading the NY Lancers group since LancerNations early days of 2014.
03: Billy Brown (West Virginia, USA) - Award in 2017 for maintaining the activity of the WV Lancers group and leading the LancerNation cruises to East Coast MOD.
04: Jeff JepRocks Ocampo (New Jersey, USA) - Awarded in 2018 for being an original administrator of the main LancerNation group and continued as it has grown since inception as well as providing cruise and photo support on LancerNation cruises to East Coast MOD.
05: Jeremy Almeida (Massachusetts, USA) - Awarded in 2019 for maintaining the MA Lancers group for a numbers of years and attending and bringing many members with him to LancerNation events.
06: Ashley Siron (Maryland, USA) - Awarded in 2019 for maintaining the MD Lancers group since its inception in 2015 as well as designing their first logo and leading the LancerNation cruise to East Coast MOD.
07: Stephanie Dubreuil (Quebec, CAN) - Awarded in 2019 for maintaining the QC-CAN Lancers group for a number of years and keeping the group active and creating a number of local events for her members.
08: Stevens BM (Guatemala) - Awarded in 2021 for helping LancerNation bring 2 separated Guatemalan Lancers groups together in 2019 to create one of the largest and and most active groups in LancerNation. 
09: Brian Calbero (Hawaii, USA) - Awarded in 2021 for helping bring together and running the HI Lancers group from a group of secluded but still connected islands, as well as making tutorials and events for local members.
10: Bree Dalton (Victoria, AUS) - Awarded in 2021 for running and organizing the VIC-AUS Lancers group for a number of years as well helping to coordinate local events.
11: Taya Pettipas (Nova Scotia, USA) - Awarded in 2021 for running NS-CAN Lancers for many years as well as leading cruises and setting up both Lancers, charity, and community events for much of the Nova Scotia and provincial area.
12: Junior Escritor (Philippines) - Awarded in 2024 for helping us start and run our LancerNation PH group for 5 straight years and growing the group to over 900 members. 
13: Jorge Figueroa (Connecticut, USA) - Awarded in 2024 for going above and beyond to help LancerNation grow for 3 year straight as well as helping organizing and funding LancerNation Mitsubishi Owners Days and LancerNation Toys For Tots events. 

To be nominated for a Lancer Pilots award, you must be recommended by a community member with valid and proven reasons of why they have earned the award. LancerNation staff is also always on the look out for our next winners. As we say, "The community is only as good or big as the community makes it." We are only as good as our members. So do right for your community and do right for yourself. Prove your dedication and set up.
